Sian and Daniel's Wedding Story

Sian & Daniel celebrated their wedding at Poachers Pantry just outside of Canberra. Their ceremony was under a gorgeous tree and their reception was just a short walk to the marquee. There are a number of options for the ceremony, but this location within the grounds of the estate was perfect for the ceremony Sian & Daniel wanted.

The tone of their wedding ceremony was set when Daniel and his groomsmen made a spectacular and fun filled entrance. From flower men scattering petal confetti as they danced down the aisle, to the odd beer being handed out by the groom and his best man. It definitely let family and friends know they were there to celebrate!

There is no reason why you both can’t have an entrance and your moment to shine … which is exactly what Sian & Daniel did. Sian and her bridal party followed once Daniel and his team were in place.

Sian & Daniel wanted to include their family in their wedding ceremony, and they did this in two beautiful ways. They included a memorial table for those who they wanted to remember, they were with us in spirit, but had a special place within the wedding ceremony space.

Sian & Daniel used a sand ceremony with family colour sand poured into a beautiful keepsake by their parents and then the two of them. The symbolisms is perfect for a wedding as once united, the sand can’t be separated out, just as these two families are forever united through Sian & Daniel’s wedding.

Their wedding ceremony included laughter and tears; it was filled with emotion! As their wedding celebrant I had supported Sian & Daniel writing individual vows, and they were so meaningful and perfect – it was such a special moment in their wedding ceremony. Everyone could feel the love Sian & Daniel have for each other.

As your wedding celebrant I work with you to create a unique wedding ceremony that reflects the two of you, and there is as much fun in planning as there is on your wedding day.
